Description
Join us in celebrating Veterans Day early by watching the film True Whispers: The Story of the Navajo Code Talkers. This documentary honors the Navajo men who joined the U.S. Marines during World War II. Their unbreakable code made it possible to transmit messages to military forces in the Pacific and became instrumental in winning the war. Following the screening, attendees are encouraged to participate in a small discussion about the issues and topics addressed in the film
