The City of Monterey Park will host the fifth annual “Monster Mash” Halloween event There will be Carnival games, giveaways, activities, and a magic show. Entire event in conjunction with the weekly Farmers Market
*Participants are encouraged to bring a decorated goodie bag/bucket to collect treats.
