Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Wellness Break offers both a yoga series and a Wild Card experience. The outdoor yoga series invites all to restoration and reinvigoration practices intended to relieve the body, mind, and spirit. 

 

  • Every Wednesday and Friday – Yoga classes for all levels from 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • No mat! No problem. Yoga mats and shade is provided. We got you covered!
  • The classes are free and open to all ages, including leashed pets!

 

From March to August, park goers can try something new through the Wild Card series, exploring various exercise modalities to learn something new, from Zumba to Tai Chi.

As the annual parade returns, we’re proud to honor our community heroes, first responders during the pandemic years: healthcare, public safety & food service workers.     The parade kicks off promptly at 9:30am at Pico and Main Street, traveling South on Main Street before turning right onto Marine, ending at Barnard Way. Join us to watch anywhere along the Main Street route as we make our way to Beach Lot 5 South. The official grandstand announcement location will be in front of the Ocean Park Library.
