Festivities begin on Thursday, March 28, 2024 with our Champagne GALA and Awards Ceremony that honors powerful female voices in theatre. This powerful line-up of performers and events will span a 4-day, 6 program Festival, March 28 – March 31.

Our powerful 2024 performers will again transport our appreciative audiences as they touch hearts, tear eyes, tickle funny bones and transport our audiences beyond their own experiences as they share their diverse stories.

Discover the inspiration and purpose that fueled the creation of Black Punk Now, James Spooner, and Chris L. Terry’s latest book. Curated from the perspective of Black writers with connections to the world of punk, the collection mixes media as well as generations, creating a new reference point for music lovers, readers, and historians by capturing the present and looking toward the future. With strong visual elements integrated throughout, this smart, intimate collection is demonstrative of punk by being punk itself: underground, rebellious, aesthetic but not static—working to decenter whiteness by prioritizing other perspectives. The co-authors will lead a table reading followed by a moderated conversation with Tunde Adebimpe and Kash Abdulmalik. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to gain insights into the book’s inception and join in the discussion with our talented creators.

This neighborhood market was established in 1992 and features produce from approximately 35 certified California farms, as well as live entertainment, activities and prepared and prepackaged food.  It is a popular site with the local community and draws its customer base from the local Santa Monica and west side communities.

The Pico market is open Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm, rain or shine, and may be closed for selected holidays.

All four markets accept Cal Fresh EBT and WIC-Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks.

The Saturday Pico and Sunday Main Street markets also provide a Market Match program for Cal Fresh EBT customers.  Market Match is California’s healthy food incentive program that matches customers’ CalFresh nutrition assistance benefits at farmers markets.  The Pico Market Match Program (in partnership with Hunger Action Los Angeles) matches up to $20 and the Main Street Market (in partnership with ARP) matches up to $20 for the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Part flea market, part festival –  Antique Row, Join treasure hunters from far and near in the streets of Antique Row, to explore three blocks of antique vendors and stores.

Explore living collections of orchids and camellias, a botanical conservatory, a fragrant rose garden, a children’s garden, and more, in 16 themed gardens spread over 120 acres. All visitors, including members, must reserve tickets online in advance.
