Description

This in-person workshop will guide you through the Tenant Power Toolkit, an online resource that helps tenants create an answer (a legal response to their case) that raises the defenses they might have against the eviction. All attendees must bring their Summons and Complaint-Unlawful Detainer to the workshop. Tenants can get one-on-one assistance in both English and Spanish.

On Saturday, December 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., visit the Sun Valley Youth Arts Center, Stone House for a meet, greet, and smiles with Santa! Then join in on the Holiday Art Workshops! All materials  are provided. Admission is free with an RSVP.  All activities are on a first come, first serve basis, and while supplies last. Activities will be held outdoors.
