The YouStar Foundation offers a Warm Line service, providing a safe space for Korean Americans to share emotions, seek advice, and receive support. This non-crisis emotional support hotline addresses unique challenges such as cultural stigma around mental health, generational gaps, and stress from living in a multicultural environment. Staffed by trained volunteers and professionals fluent in both English and Korean, the Warm Line aims to bridge cultural understanding and offer empathetic listening for those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.
