Justice by Uniting in Creative Energy (J.U.I.C.E.) celebrates the powerful legacy of women in hip-hop & breaking culture! Women in Hip Hop and Breaking Culture is a FREE community event where attendees have a chance to connect, share, and break in an uplifting space filled with music, movement, and community vibes. Join us on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Pan Pacific Park for live music performed by DJ TiffStarr, breaking, learning, community cypher, a women’s empowerment circle, and more! From the seasoned breakers to the beginner, all are welcome to get down!

Since 2007, JANM has partnered with Eric Nakamura, founder of Giant Robot, to produce the Giant Robot Biennale, a recurring art exhibition that highlights diverse creative works celebrating the ethos of Giant Robot—a staple of Asian American alternative pop culture and an influential brand encompassing pop art, skateboard, comic book, graphic arts, and vinyl toy culture.

Giant Robot Biennale 5 will feature artists Sean Chao, Felicia Chiao, Luke Chueh, Giorgiko, James Jean, Taylor Lee, Mike Shinoda, Rain Szeto, and Yoskay Yamamoto.

NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) hosts its March Monthly Film Festival and annual InFocus: Female Cinema program, celebrates up-and-coming female talent in front of and behind the camera with this month’s InFocus: Female Cinema across two shorts programs and the Los Angeles premiere of Varda Bar-Kar’s documentary Janis Ian: Breaking Silence. This program premiers Saturday, March 22, 2025, 2:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the South Park Center.
