Calling all writers of fiction, screenplays, poetry, etc. Get feedback on your writing in a fun, supportive environment! The Central Library Creative Writing Group meets every other Saturday for fellowship, feedback, and snacks. Meetings start out with a short writing prompt exercise, then writers are invited to share up to five pages of their work for feedback from the group. Whether you are just starting out or well on your way to glory, join us and banish (at least temporarily) those Lonely Writer Blues!

Learn the fundamentals of yoga with Instructor David Lilly in a friendly and supportive environment. The program aims to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

Join the weekly Latin Jazz Sessions, led by Matthew Hernandez, for an introduction to various Latin music styles, including cha-cha, boleros, salsa, cumbia, and merengue. Open to all ages, these sessions provide sheet music and drumming pattern worksheets. No prior musical experience is necessary, and instruments are available for use.

Parking at Ovation Hollywood is $3 for 4 hours with validation from Hollywood Fringe HQ. Hollywood Fringe HQ is also easily accessible from the Metro B Line Hollywood/Highland stop!

Join us as we celebrate Asian and Pacific Islander Latinx art and culture at MOLAA and explore the instances of cultural synthesis between Asian, Pacific Islander & Latinx Communities in the US and throughout Latin America. You will connect with colleagues and learn hands-on art activities to take back to your classroom. This in-person session includes light refreshments, wine, and free parking.
